Let us know when you’re ready!
We work with both the subconscious and conscious processes so that those deeper changes are taking place but you also have practical strategies to empower you to get results more quickly. The more effort you put in, the more effective the therapy will be.
Hypno-Coaching involves working with the subconscious using Hypnotherapy at the end of every session, as well at conscious mind/ Beta-state support and encouragement where needed between sessions via a phone call or emails, and tasks to complete to help you make the life changes you desire. We also provide Hypnosis mp3 recordings to reinforce the deeper changes between sessions.
You can keep treating the symptoms of your discontent, but the dysfunction—like an infection—may persist until you get to the source. And when you’re suffering from depression, or locked into self-destructive patterns, indecisive, or disconnected from your contentment or purpose, it may feel like an infection. It’s like a virus, eating away at your sense of self until you become connected again.
Hypnotherapy will enable you to access that power in a way that enables positive, lasting behavioral change, leading to the life you’ve only dared to dream of!
